Donatella in collaboration with the chef, offer typical dishes of the Lucan tradition.
You will be welcomed in a familiar and informal but at the same time elegant environment, by all the staff and the director Sabatino. The hygiene of the rooms and dishes is taken care of by our ever smiling Michelina.

The appetizers of La Talpa Restaurant are renowned and are offered with both cold and hot dishes.
The appetizers derive directly from the typical Lucanian cuisine, at the base of which there are all the typical ingredients of the Mediterranean diet.
